The rooms here are very spacious with a microwave, comfortable bed, refrigerator, and a safety safe included, and the breakfast offers a variety of choices such as coffee and cereal.

Rooms are all brand new and remodeled inside. Deceiving from the outside appearance but what a pleasant surprise once inside.

Pleasantly surprised - the rooms were, despite the very low price, spic-span clean, with good beds, a fridge and large TV, with a zillion of channels. Wifi was fast, and navigating in Sacramento is a no-brainer, so the location (midtown) isn't an issue at all.

The whole experience was very nice. Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good hot and freshly cooked with a huge variety of food, everybody can choose. The whole room was reasonably spacious and huge with 2 bedrooms, refrigerator, great bed.

Convenient check-in process, plus the option for a later check-out. A nice selection for breakfast, with different tasty treats. Awesome spot close to a cool old mansion 🏰.

Our first night stay we were confronted with no bath matt, no kleenex, and only a third of a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. The bed spreads were stained and the carpet was very old and dirty looking. No hot water from the sink faucet, and the elvevator was "out of order".

Great value for a stay to attend a conference at the convention center. Close to an awesome tacqueria, laundromat, and convenience stores to get water and other snacks. Highly recommended to those who appreciate value and practicality. Not a hotel for those who are looking for lots of extras. The value for the stay was beyond excellent. Large room, cleaned well each day, good air conditioning, and great value!

Elevator wasn't working. Beside that, the value of the room overshadowed any amenities that might be expected. No pool, the workout room may be consided the walk up three flights. Breakfast was pretty low budget. Again, the value overshadowed all of these minor complaints.

We had coffee and cereals for breakfast, it was great. Booked a room with 2 bedrooms. Location: the hotel was adjacent to walking distance to the convention centre, and bars, restaurants.

I had a pleasant stay at this place, it's cozy, great, and conveniently located near the Capitol.

Staff friendly, office area clean, we were greeted daily and thanked before departure.

Reserved 2 beds received 1 due to elevator not operating. Carpet dirty, torn. Tv remote did not work, tv was on when we returned to room, we had not turned it on earlier. Towels small, toilet seat loose, bathroom door jammed on flooring.

The staff here is always incredibly accommodating and super friendly.

My room was clean and comfortable with a great tub and queen beds.
